that was the one thing i didn't keep up with and it has cost me quite a few gray hairs.

Yup, bobbie! i've had trouble also and to top it off, my ehd crashed in the midst of all the mozy difficulties-the worst can happen! i thought i was okay because i had another portable ehd that was an additional backup, but when my first ehd crashed, it only backed up what it could from my failing ehd and that was very little.just my latest purchases. they had me try other things and as of friday someone ( joshua) at live support says that other customers are having problems and a computer technician will be trying to correct and there is nothing i can do so you just have to wait but he doesnt know when or how long? so now nothing is being backed up ( which always makes me nervous.so i did a few extra dvds) i have all my pics and scrapbooking stuff on an ehd and mozy had been backing up great for the few months i had it.so just wondering if anyone else has this problem or has had? or what to do? mozy says it will eventually be fixed and the way i will know is that my daily evening backup will be sucessful.but i dont like just waiting around and not knowing when or if. first they had me uninstall program, thinking it got corrupted and re install but same thing happens.

Does anyone who has mozy have a problem? my mozy goes on as scheduled and then just gets frozen and then finally shuts down and gives an error message.i went on live support several times this week.
